As a former world-ranked professional golfer it is my belief that an attitude of excellence carries over to all career endeavors. I have grown my real estate practice year after year in a challenging housing market through a unique sales and marketing approach. I developed many of the techniques I use from extensive work with large real estate investment groups who need to acquire properties at the lowest possible price and to market and sell effectively. As a result, over the last two years I have sold 100% of the listings I have taken at 97% of the original list price. I have also helped numerous clients—from first-time home buyers to experienced investors—acquire property at a significant discount. I am a licensed broker and have a Business Management degree from San Diego State University. A firm believer in continuing education, I hold the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) and have taken multiple real estate and investment courses.
