Pre-listing
• Evaluation of home and Comparative Market Analysis of the most similar comparable homes in order to price correctly
• Detailed marketing and pricing plan put together

During Listing
• Listing input into MLS as well as Zillow, Postlets, Trulia, Craigslist, Oodle,
Hotpads, Frontdoor, Yahoo Real Estate, Realtor.com, and syndicated to all other company websites
• John Lieber’s listings are displayed as a showcase AD on Zillow which accounts for over 10,000 views per month for your home
• Sign and Flyers placed on the property
• Flyers mailed to surrounding area
• Track market trends and market activity
• Top buyer’s agents in the area are contacted regarding the listing
• One open house in the first three weeks on the market and one additional open house, if necessary
• Proprietary pricing strategy is used to keep the property showing up at the top of the MLS hotsheets that are viewed by other agents
• All showings are coordinated with the client’s best interest in mind

When an Offer is Received
• All offers received are verified with their respective lender to ensure buyer qualifications
• Offers are negotiated on client’s behalf

When an Offer is Accepted
• All disclosures are sent within the contractual timelines to offer maximum client protection
• All inspections are coordinated
• Prepare comparable property package for appraiser to minimize risk of a low appraisal
• Finalize the closing

After Closing
• Assist in replacement property search
